Our estate planning packages generally include the preparation of a revocable inter vivos (“living”) Trust, coordinated supporting Will, Durable Power of Attorney for Asset Management, \u00a0and Advance Health Care Directive. \u00a0Our services include all consultations, the preparation of the deed to transfer the client’s residence or other real property into the Trust, the preparation of all schedules of the client’s assets for the Trust, and all supporting documents, such as\u00a0trust administration information and Certification of Trust.<\/p>\n

We also prepare restatements and amendments to existing trusts, community property agreements, and irrevocable trusts, including charitable remainder trusts and irrevocable life insurance trusts.<\/p>\n
