We provide personalized comprehensive estate planning services for individuals, couples, spouses, and families.

Our estate planning packages generally include the preparation of a revocable inter vivos (“living”) Trust, coordinated supporting Will, Durable Power of Attorney for Asset Management,  and Advance Health Care Directive.  Our services include all consultations, the preparation of the deed to transfer the client’s residence or other real property into the Trust, the preparation of all schedules of the client’s assets for the Trust, and all supporting documents, such as trust administration information and Certification of Trust.

We also prepare restatements and amendments to existing trusts, community property agreements, and irrevocable trusts, including charitable remainder trusts and irrevocable life insurance trusts.

Our services may be provided on a flat fee basis or hourly basis depending on the client’s needs and desires.
